Tracking Email address is invalid
TOO many emails listed in status email field!
Orange Box Error: Tracking Email address is invalid - please return to Step 3 eAWB and list one email address only
Where: Step 4 Quotation - Submit Booking Request
Issue: This error is caused when the AWB Status Email field on Step 3 e-AWB has multiple email addresses and unnecessary special characters listed within the field. The AWB Status Email field can only recognize one email address. One cannot add , : ; / or any other special characters to separate email addresses.

Solution:
Return to Step 3 eAWB, select ‘AWB Status Email’ and remove any unnecessary text so that one email address remains.
The AWB Status Email purpose is to provide an email address with status updates for that specific shipment only.
