AWB Number not associated with Organization
Invalid air waybill number - expired, incorrect, need new air waybill numbers.
Orange Box Error: The AWB number for this shipment is not associated with your organization. Please return to Step 3 eAWB, select a different AWB number, continue and then resubmit the booking attempt.
Where: Step 4 Quotation - Submit Booking Request
Issue: This error is caused when a user submits a booking request with an air waybill number that is not currently valid and assigned to the organization. Pre-assigned air waybill numbers are valid for one calendar year after issue. Once the 365 days pass, the air waybill numbers are disassociated from the organization's account number and are invalid.
Or, if a user randomly enters air waybill numbers into their profile and is able to surpass the ‘mod 7 format’ restriction, the system will simply indicate that this number is not valid and was never assigned to the shipper's organization to start.
Solution:
The prompt instructs the user to return to Step 3 eAWB and select a different air waybill number. Please attempt this first.
