Step 2 - No air waybill numbers available
Orange Box Error: Account has no AWB Numbers available for airline WN

Issue: This error is caused on Step 2 when a user attempts to select a flight from the air freight search. The error occurs because the user's profile does not have any air waybill numbers listed within their profile.
Solution:
There are two approaches to resolving this issue.
First, we highly encourage users to upload the Southwest Airlines Cargo pre-assigned air waybill numbers into their online booking profile. This is the excel file received from Southwest Cargo with a list of air waybill numbers assigned to a shipper's account number. Please refer to the Knowledge Base to learn how to upload air waybill numbers, or forward the actual file to support@hangara.com and we can upload the numbers into your profile for you.
Second, if you do not want to upload air waybill numbers into your profile, a shipper can manually add the pre-assigned air waybill numbers on an individual basis using their Company Account settings.
Main Dashboard - Left Sidebar - Company Account - Air Waybill Numbers
From here, top right corner, ‘+Add’ button. This allows the user to add numbers one at a time.

Once an air waybill number has been added to your profile, return to your shipment attempt, Click Continue, and you will be able to select a flight and continue through the booking process.
