Route Cannot be Completed
Route selected not available - select a different flight option!
Orange Box Error: The selected route cannot be completed at this time. Please select a different flight at a later time and/or date, or select a different connection route.
Where: Step 4 Air Freight Search - Quotation - Submit Booking Request

Issue: This error is caused when the flight route(s) selected for the shipment are unavailable. This could be due to a variety of factors. Cargo space not available, weather issues, last minute flight cancelation, station restrictions, and more.
Solution: The best approach is two fold. Precursor, DO NOT just go create another brand new booking. Stay within the current booking created. There is no reason to waste the current awb #.
Return to Step 2 ‘Air Freight Search’
First, Select the same flight(s) route selected in the first attempt and submit the shipment request again. Ridiculous, we know, but for our sake, please just try the same exact initially intended flight option again. We will not guarantee this will work, but we encourage all users to try within the same booking once more first by reselecting their same flight search option.
If you receive the same error message on Step 4, Return to Step 2 ‘Air Freight Search’.
Second Option - choose another flight path. If this is a nonstop flight, select a different time during the day or following date. If this is a connecting flight, either choose a route through a different connecting city, or attempt a connection at a later time. If you receive the same error message on Step 4, Return to Step 2 ‘Air Freight Search’ and try the Second Option again. You may have to be creative depending on the route you are attempting to book.
Things to remember. nonstop, 1 connection, 2 connections. What is the Ready for Departure time set to?
