Can I set up alerts to receive notifications about the status of my air freight shipments?
FAQ - Alerts
Yes. Within the sidebar tab Company Account you can select Alerts. Three fields need to be completed to create an alert.
- Send To - this is the person who will be receiving the alerts. You can select the shipper, a consignee, and cartage agent.
- Status - There are 8 stages of an air freight shipment that have Alerts. You can either select to receive an alert when that stage of the shipment is complete or delayed.
- Alert Type - how would you like to receive your alerts? You can select text or email or both for alerts.
Click save and you will begin receiving alerts until you remove or update the alert subscriber.
