Air waybill number used for prior shipment
Orange Box Error: This Air Waybill number has already been attempted with a previous shipment. Please return to Step 3 ‘e-AWB’, select a different air waybill number, continue and then resubmit the booking attempt.
Where: Step 4 Quotation - Submit Booking Request
Issue: This error is caused when the booking request submitted is attempted with an air waybill number that has already been used by the organization prior. This can occur when an organization tenders shipments in persons and lists an air waybill number from their list of pre-assigned air waybill numbers meant for their online booking profile.
Solution: The prompt instructs the user to return to Step 3 eAWB and select a different air waybill number. Please attempt this first. Please contact support@hangara.com if you are still experiencing issues.
